"PRISMAP" is a European Program dedicated to the production of innovative medical radionuclides of high purity, obtained through mass separation, which will end on December 31, 2025.

The project involved a Portuguese team from the Center for Nuclear Science and Technology at Técnico, consisting of researchers António Paulo, António Pereira Gonçalves, and João Galamba Correia, and researchers Lurdes Gano and Maria Paula Cabral Campello, whose Research Unit contributed scientifically to the "PRISMAP" Consortium.

Meanwhile, a proposal for a follow-up project, 'PRISMAP+', was submitted to the European Commission in September 2025.

The evaluation results are expected to be known by the end of February 2026.
