Researchers and doctoral students from C2TN - Centre for Nuclear Science and Technologies, at Técnico, were present at "EAC 2025 – European Aerosol Conference", held in Lecce, Italy, from August 31 to September 5, 2025.

During the conference, scientists from the #ObservAR Group gave 12 presentations, highlighting work on measuring and modeling air quality in indoor and outdoor environments, as well as assessing its health effects.These studies are part of four international projects and three national research projects, reflecting C2TN's strong involvement in collaborative initiatives in the area of air quality.

EAC 2025 brought together approximately 1,100 participants from 51 countries, establishing itself as one of the most important international forums for the discussion of new methodologies, research results, and emerging challenges in the areas of aerosol science and technology, measurement methods, particle characterization, and impacts on health and the environment.
